Just purchased a vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. I just wanted to point out a few standouts during my process. Steven Kamel was super informative as we test drove several vehicles with him. He took us through the beginning of the journey. Alex Santos was a great help as we negotiated for the vehicle we wanted. Everyone was very patient with us as we took our time getting the numbers we planned for. Next we were off to Bashar who assisted me through the contract phase and made everything seemless. Finally ended with Tony in the service department to add on our accessory items. He kept me informed throught even when there were difficulties get the parts. Overall I would say we had a great experience! More
