I shopped the internet for a new Honda Civic. I actually shopped 12 different dealerships and it was amazing the service and price I recieved from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. I worked with Christina and she was so professional. I see why they are the #1 Honda dealer in all of California. Trust me, I drove 42 miles to Cerritos and it is worth the drive. Finance manager started lecturing us about taking better care of credit and making better decisions. Whe we said he wasn't our father and to spare us the lecture, he replied, "Well right now until you find care of credit and making better decisions. We asked to speak with his manager and he said he was the store manager. Unreal! This guy is the very reason the car sales industry gets a bad rap. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
