I went in without any expectations and came out surprisingly extra happy! I was able to smoothly trade in my used 2004 Accord for a 2010 Civic without any complications. I have shopped for the last two cars I have owned from the CSEA Union Auto Referral List for members on the CSEA website. This experience was a far cry from the last experience I had two and a half years ago when I bought a Nissan. I swore never to return to THAT dealer and I did not. I did not even return for service, preferring to go to another dealer. On the other hand I was so pleased with Linda's professional, honest and caring service, not to mention the the awesome deal that Linda gave me. She is tops and with no pressure sale or a hard sell. I appreciate that a bunch! Wish I could say the same for financing but then it is what it is. I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen to go to Norm Reeves and ask for Linda. I requested a lease quote for a Honda Odyssey to one of their Salespeople(Adil Khan) and promptly recieved it the same day, the figures are within the range of what I am looking for. I took my wife with me to the dealership and make a color selection. We were assisted By LITO SAYAS in looking around the inventories and decided on one particular Mini- Van but the problem is that there is a DVD which is an extra option that we don't really need. We are ready to negotiate on this Mini- Van when ADIL KHAN was able to find the one that we really like on their other branch. It took him a couple of hours to get the Van and overall after the long wait, we were able to get the one that we came for and negotiated the lease within our parameters. DANIEL CARMOLINGA assisted us in our paperworks and properly explain the details of our Lease Agreement to our satisfaction. The teamwork that the group demonstrated in dealing with us is very commendable. More

I had visited ~7 dealerships before coming to this facility. Not only did Kevin greet me with honest and helpful information, he was more than willing to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. facility. Only after spending some time with him did I realize how half-assed the other dealers had treated the experience. The overall price for the car was good (if I had shopped around for awhile more I probably could have saved a few dollars) but I was more than happy to pay the small difference for the service I received. I had actually visited the Norm Reeves store in West Covina the day before and walked away without purchasing a car. The price actually didn't change but my experience was a 360 when I came and spoke with Kevin. Purchasing a new car can be very stressful and Kevin made it comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely come back to this store, specifically to Kevin. More
