once they sell you a car they are done with you. Bought a 2009 civic hybrid new from Norm Reeves. Had many service nightmares. 1) Transmission stalls out on me while going to see my parents 100 mile Bought a 2009 civic hybrid new from Norm Reeves. Had many service nightmares. 1) Transmission stalls out on me while going to see my parents 100 miles into a 200 mile trip. had to stay in the slow, let it sit, try to start it, maybe go for a while, repeat a few times. Take it in and I am told nothing is wrong. Had to find out on my own via internet it just needed more transmission fluid(Honda does not put enough) and I HAD TO BUY IT MYSELF AND TOP IT OFF!! since the Honda service diagnostic 2000 machine says nothing is wrong. 2) service light comes on. take it into another Honda dealership(apparently they all could not care less.) Told the battery is bad and they don't have any on hand. So I am out of car for week. Fair enough my fault for buying a hybrid. 3) service light on again. car is dangerously sluggish. battery again(this is all in the first 2-3 years)and without a car again. They still do not care. 4) WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM THE "FIX" for the second battery. Let me repeat this, WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM THE SERVICE TO FIX MY PROBLEM the check engine light pops and i get the same sluggish behaviour. Bring it straight back and I am told "Well it will take a while and you seem to be able to drive it". No offer of a loaner, no sorry and the cherry on top go ahead and drive this care that redlines while taking off to get from 0-10 in about 20 seconds. IN FACT I AM TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE AN OPENING FOR SERVICE!!! FIle a complaint with every agency I can think of and suddenly they can fit me in that day and loan me a car. Finally they take off their "blind to anyone that isn't buying a car or paying for service" glasses and they can see me. Here again after finding out my extended warranty ran concurrently with my factory. I am not the smartest person nor am I an idiot. I would not buy an extended warranty that was redundant with my factory. I was sold on extra years. Surely a car salesman would never bend the truth. That's what the finance officer I spoke to told me. I wanted honesty. I already paid for the service that was necessary and do not need that money back. I just wanted someone to say yeah "We make people wait in a room for at least a little while after an already longish time with the salesman, then we hammer em with papers and throw in little deception. I should've read those papers with a fine tooth comb? fair enough. Like i said ill take the 500 hit for that. Someone needs to knock off the BS at Norm Reeves though. More

The Helpful Honda Dealer What can I say about Norm Reeves Honda? Oh yea, they are amazing. I was doubtful that I would be able to drive off the lot with a brand new 2015 What can I say about Norm Reeves Honda? Oh yea, they are amazing. I was doubtful that I would be able to drive off the lot with a brand new 2015 Honda Civic with the situation that am in with my credit. They worked with me and made sure that I was comfortable with my embarrassing situation. They understood the situation I was in and was willing to work with me to drive off with a new car. The gentlemen helping me let me know all the things I needed to know about the programs that were available to me clearly. They told me what I needed to do and what deals were available. Honestly, that Honda commercial "helpful Honda" is true over here with Norm Reeves. These guys are really like family. The individuals who were helping me were AJ, Ziggy, Edgar, and Chandika. These guys were working as a team to get you a vehicle. If you are looking for a car, I would come here and meet with these guys. They are fantastic. Thank you guys. I will definitely be coming here and recommending them to my friends. FYI don't forget to bring your pay stub and proof of insurance. HAHA I forgot my proof of insurance but then again, they were willing to wait till I at least got my policy number. More
