Simply Amazing! I had a great experience this past weekend (11/15) when I went home with a brand spanking new 2016 Accord EX-L V6 from NRH. This would not have been possible without Simon Sigua of NRH's Internet Sales Dept and it all started with an email from Simon. Few days before my purchase I sent out an email to multiple dealers for the vehicle I was interested in and Simon was the first one to respond. He even called to make sure I got it so I set up an appointment with him so we could talk about the details of my future purchase. When I first met Simon he was friendly and professional. After the introductions we immediately looked at the car I was interested in which is a 2015 Accord V6. Yup a car 1 (model year older). Found the color I really like and he grabbed the keys so I could test drive it. During the test drive I asked him some questions about the car and features it had and he is very knowledgeable and he knows the product he is selling not like some other salesperson from other dealers that all they wanted was to make a sale and know nothing about their product. He was able to answer all the questions I had and was very patient to explain the features this car offered. During negotiation I told him what my budget was and he was able to offer me a deal I couldn't pass up on and what's even more amazing is that he was able to get me into a 2016 Accord rather than the 2015 I originally wanted. He made the process quick and easy with no hassles. More
