Horrible used car experience This place is sketchy!! Stay away from this dealership. I inquired about a used 2013 Nissan Murano listed online. I received a call from Craig at Niss This place is sketchy!! Stay away from this dealership. I inquired about a used 2013 Nissan Murano listed online. I received a call from Craig at Nissan that the car was still available and that I should come in for a test drive, and so I went to the dealership the next day. I met Craig, and he proceeded to take me to the new Nissan Muranos despite knowing that I was there to check out the 2013 model. After a few minutes, he admitted to me that the car we discussed had been sold back in Dec 2015. Talk about shady. Why is it still listed online and why are they acting like it's still available until you come in for a test drive?? I expected more from this place, but it seems as though lying to customers is a normal business practice. I will never deal with this place again. More
Eusebio vega I'd bring my 2014 Nissan Altima for a routine service , then I noticed they forgot to reset the oil service and forget to replace the air filter,but I'd bring my 2014 Nissan Altima for a routine service , then I noticed they forgot to reset the oil service and forget to replace the air filter,but worse was when they found out on the next visit they charge for air filter again this is anaceptable I will never buy another Nissan again!!!! bad customer service I went to the dealer to change the oil in my car. The person who I made the appointment with was very rude, did not let me speak. I have been very impressed during both of my recents visits to OC Nissan for service, by Service Advisor John Spears. John is just the sort of staff member that any company would want. He is friendly, personable, professional, thorough, and courteous. He answered all of my questions clearly, and was very kind. I plan to highly recommend OC Nissan to the many people I know in Laguna Woods Village and surrounding areas. My husband and I needed a new car and we decided we wanted to get a new Nissan Altima SL. We visited the OC Nissan in Irvine and they were absolutely WONDERFUL! We were greeted by Arian - he was very p wanted to get a new Nissan Altima SL. We visited the OC Nissan in Irvine and they were absolutely WONDERFUL! We were greeted by Arian - he was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He showed us the model we were looking for, and answered all questions that we had. As we sat down to start figuring out numbers Perry introduced himself to us and was a pleasure to work with. If you are going to this dealership make sure you ask for Perry to help you. - This is a MUST! He told us he wanted to give us this car so he wanted to know what we needed to seal the deal. He came down so much to get the price were we needed it to be! We went up and extra thousand more then we planned but he came down a FEW thousand. We know we got a great deal on our new 2013 Nissan Altima SL fully loaded. Once we shook on the deal we were sent over to Bill who was in finance and he was so fast with all the paperwork. We did spend most of the day there and everyone who worked there had talked to us at some point. I was impressed how friendly the staff was and how helpful they were. I HIGHLY recommend Perry, Arian and this dealership. More

Will not return to this dealer! I was very unpleased with the way both sales and service representatives handle their customers. When I was shopping for a new car I stopped by to look at the different option the way both sales and service representatives handle their customers. When I was shopping for a new car I stopped by to look at the different options in the model I wanted, I wasn't ready to buy a car then and told the sales rep I wouldn't be ready for a few more months. He was borderline harassing and down right rude about me not buying a car from him that same day. When he asked for my number I was hesitant to give it but I did anyways. Within a couple days he started blowing up my phone, being very pushy about me changing my time frame to buy. I was very uncomfortable with his attitude and told him not to call me again yet the calls continued. I ended up blocking the stores number. I ended up buying from South Bay Nissan and was very pleased with the exceptional service I got there. There were a few little warranty concerns with the vehicle so against my better judgement I went to the Service dept at OC Nissan. The service writer refused to address all my concerns on the repair order and when the car was returned to me some of the problems that were supposedly fixed were still there. I would have preferred to take it back to South Bay, but they're about 35 miles out of the way. They even sent me a coupon for a free oil and filter service on my new car. However, since then I received a lovely coupon in the mail from OC Nissan claiming to "match any Nissan dealer's coupon" that was from within 50 miles. So today I brought my car in for the readdressing of the warranty issues and to have my free service coupon "matched' at OC. Not only was my appointment not showing up but when I presented the coupons to the service adviser (same guy that helped me last time) he told me they couldn't honor it because it was from an Autonation store. It's amusing because on the coupon that they sent me there was no fine print that said there would be limitations such as this. I've worked in customer service for the past 10 years and am no stranger to the way dealerships operate. With that being said, it should be obvious to want to earn the potential business of a customer who would later want to return to that store to spend money on maintenance and repairs, however this is not the case with OC Nissan! There's no emphasis on exceptional customer service and the need to build good customer-employee relationships especially in this horrible economy. Needless to say I will NOT return to this pathetic dealership for any reason and will encourage everyone I know that owns a Nissan to do the same. My only advice to anyone reading this post that works at OC Nissan is develop better customer service skills and you might actually have a chance at retaining paying customers. More
I had already made a decision on a make and model of car I wanted and I am the kind of person who doesn't like loans and I have horrible credit. I took what little money I had saved into the dealership, in the form of a cashier's check with the name of the dealership made out to OC Nissan Irvine. I did this as a sign to the sales person of how serious I was to buy a car, and what price I was willing pay for the car I wanted. I did have a little bit of wiggle room and the sales people Ryan, Perry & Renee all worked with that amount I had. Because of their work today I just got my brand new Nissan Versa SL. I must say that it was work, and a struggle to get to a price I paid; but these guys really did their best to get me the car I wanted, for a price I could afford. I really appreciate their not giving up on me even when I was asking them to take off $100.00 at the end, just so I could pay the very last penny I had to get this car. (9am to 2pm to complete the deal) I know it's difficult shopping for a car; dealing with sales people; and it's hard to negotiate the deal. I want to say that these guys didn't give up on working with me on the price like other dealerships had done in the past. And they really did their best to come up with a combination of packages and options to fit my shoe string budget - so that I could have a brand new car I needed and wanted. On top of getting me a reasonably priced car; they also gave me some incentives like a rebate and some free services like oil changes and car washes. Those little extras really meant a lot to me and made me feel like although I had maxed out my budget (didn't go over); it was worth it because of those extras. I really am going to be happy with this car. More
After shopping around at several Nissan dealerships in Orange County, I happily made my purchase with OC Nissan. Not only did they beat the price that many other dealerships offered me, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience was a great one. From the second I stepped on the lot, the staff was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Instead of trying to push car options that I did not want, they were very accommodating and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. More importantly they made sure the car buying process was very quick. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle with OC Nissan! More
