First to address you pricing comparison all prices you are quoting are "starting at prices" they are not one price fits all so you may be surprised once you get their to find out what your pricing may be. Our pricing is fair and competative with our market and is performed by technicians who far surpass the quality of technicians operating at a Jiffy Lube. Secondly, when you dropped your vehicle off Angel advised you that it would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours since you arrived at 1:48 without a reservation and you stated "no problem I have my laptop and can work from here" The delay that occured was definately due to miscommunication between the technician, our car wash company and Angel as everyone was confused why we were washing a car with the drivers window missing????? I apologized for overpromising and underdelivering to you, I also offered you a complimentary oil change at your next visit I apologize if that did not meet your needs however I was available to discuss further if you felt as strongly as you state about how "horrible" our service is I see from your history that you have been coming here since 2011 for oil changes and a few other items so I would also say it is confusing to read your current statements and see your history one could only ask did we have a one-time poor service visit or did each visit dissappoint you and yet you continue to come for service? I do business as well with different companies in different capacities and realize everyone at some time or another may make a mistake I do not however do business over and over with someone and have one poor experience and visit social media and berate that organization I give them the opportunity to make it right I realize that is not your choice of action. I offered you a complimetary service to help meet your expectations on your next visit I assume based on your comments again you will not utilizing that offer. Thanks for your feedback we welcome all that our customer wish to share whether it be postiive or negative.

Whenever any dealer gives quotes through email it never includes tax and fees unless the it is stated that it includes tax and fees. We as a dealer uses term "net" and it means after applicable rebates and incentives, if he took it as net with tax and fees it was a misunderstanding. As far as us needing his social security number when you were here, we need to run an OFAC on all customers that we sell any vehicle. It's our government responsibility to ward off terrorist and fraudulent activity. OFAC stands for "Office of Foreign Asset Control". Regarding the phone conversation when we got into an argument, I was sorry I was just sticking up for my salesperson who I felt made it clear in the emails that tax and fees weren't quoted. He came in to do business with us because we had a good price. I am under the contention that we did nothing wrong other than have a misunderstanding of terms of the deal. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
