He has always kept me informed of what is going on with the myriad of issues with my new car. If it was not for him I would probably be standing in the showroom making a scene about how Nissan does not stand behind their cars. More
I had an absolutely amazing experience! I just moved to OC and car shopping is always a pain. I've been to several dealerships here and in other states and by far, this dealership has the best staff hands OC and car shopping is always a pain. I've been to several dealerships here and in other states and by far, this dealership has the best staff hands down. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and was very much willing to work with me. I was amazed by their patience and presentation skills. All my questions were answered, I laughed a lot, and purchased a car! Thank you Alex Shekarchi, Anthony, and Sylvie! I am in love with my car and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and fam!! Super satisfied! More
I got a call from Adrian after I asked for information online about their Nissan Quest. He was helpful in answering my questions and there was no pressure from him. I decided to take a test drive and he w online about their Nissan Quest. He was helpful in answering my questions and there was no pressure from him. I decided to take a test drive and he was very helpful and he wasn't trying to sell me a more expensive car. The van was listed about $3000 below the price on Nissan's website which was good because I ended up getting the van. The whole process took longer than I would have liked because they tried to low ball me on my trade in. I met Domingo because I wouldn't accept what they want to give me for the trade-in which was about $4000 below the lowest bluebook trade-in value. When they told me to go to carmax to see if they would give me more the car, I told them that I will go to carmax and if carmax can't match my expectation that I would just not go through with the sale. It took him a few minutes to raise the value on my trade which was about $1000 below what I was asking. I was also able to drop my APR down to only 3.99% despite my 805 credit score. They said if they give me a lower APR that they would have to take away the discount which would put the total selling price above MSRP and would cost me more in total. Once everything was settled they sent me to see Nathan the finance guy a.k.a the guy that will sell you extras you may or may not need. Nathan was really friendly which made it hard for me to decline extra stuff (GAP and that sealant protection stuff). Overall I was content with whole experience but I still left feeling like I didn't get the best possible deal they could offer. I feel like I could have worked harder at getting a lower APR and I could have turned down the extras (partially my fault for not trying hard enough). I will still recommend this dealer though because they are less stressful than the other places I've dealt with. More

And non of the fluids are actually manufactured by Nissan so it doesn't matter where you do it. All mechanics buy their fluids for 5 bucks from the same source. Their service is also terrible. I went to OC Nissan for an Oil Change and tire rotation and I was told to wait for an hour to an hour an a half. After two hours I asked my Service provider if my car was ready yet. He said "They're washing it right now, it'll be done in about 5 minutes" I go outside and go towards the service garages and I find my car just sitting in their back parking lot. I wait there for 20 minutes until one of the technicians sees me and asks me why I was waiting. When I told him what was going on he quickly jumped in the car and took it to be washed. When I go to the cashiers and pay I ask for the Service Manager, Denise Lewis. I told her that I was lied to about my car being washed when it clearly wasn't. She said that "non of my workers ever lie, it was a miscommunication between the technicians and the service dept." More

Sam the GM quoted me a price over the phone and then confirmed it via e-mail. I waited a week, asked for a price on a different car, and couldn't get them, via e-mail, to confirm whether that was the pr confirmed it via e-mail. I waited a week, asked for a price on a different car, and couldn't get them, via e-mail, to confirm whether that was the pre-tax or post-tax/out the door cost. When they finally confirmed it was the pre-tax cost, I sent an e-mail saying i felt misled and told them what I'd buy the car for. Sam called me within minutes, and whenever I started talking, he interrupted. I asked if I could finish speaking, he said no and then proceeded to yell at me as I hung up on him. Fast forward to later when I see an Ad in the paper for the car I wanted, so I called the internet sales manager I had earlier worked with and told him I'd buy it as long as when I came down, nobody tried to play games with me. I get to the dealer and after looking at the car to make sure I want it, they required me to fill out a credit application. I explained to them that I have already secured a loan and that I did not need to fill out a credit application. They insisted that I only needed to fill it out so that they had my contact information. I said that I'd give them my name, address, phone #, and e-mail (which they already had) on a separate form that didn't say it was a credit application. I was told that they needed it on that form but that they wouldn't pull my credit. I fought back with them and they kept insisting that I needed to fill out their form. I said I'd do it if I can write "No credit pulls authorized" on the form. The sales manager who was "helping" me then told me that he didn't want to sell me a car and walked away. I assume he was trying to call my bluff, but I wasn't bluffing. There are plenty of other dealers who are more honest and don't play games that I can shop at. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Sam the GM stated in his reply that he is "under the contention that we did nothing wrong other than have a misunderstanding of terms of the deal." I guess interrupting me on the phone to yell at me and trying to convince me that a form titled "Credit Application" was not going to pull my credit report/score is an acceptable business practice in his world. My issue was with how I was treated, not with a misunderstanding over the terms of a deal. I made my purchase elsewhere, spent slightly more money, and was treated with respect throughout the whole process. More
