I had already made a decision on a make and model of car I wanted and I am the kind of person who doesn't like loans and I have horrible credit. I took what little money I had saved into the dealership, in the form of a cashier's check with the name of the dealership made out to OC Nissan Irvine. I did this as a sign to the sales person of how serious I was to buy a car, and what price I was willing pay for the car I wanted. I did have a little bit of wiggle room and the sales people Ryan, Perry & Renee all worked with that amount I had. Because of their work today I just got my brand new Nissan Versa SL. I must say that it was work, and a struggle to get to a price I paid; but these guys really did their best to get me the car I wanted, for a price I could afford. I really appreciate their not giving up on me even when I was asking them to take off $100.00 at the end, just so I could pay the very last penny I had to get this car. (9am to 2pm to complete the deal) I know it's difficult shopping for a car; dealing with sales people; and it's hard to negotiate the deal. I want to say that these guys didn't give up on working with me on the price like other dealerships had done in the past. And they really did their best to come up with a combination of packages and options to fit my shoe string budget - so that I could have a brand new car I needed and wanted. On top of getting me a reasonably priced car; they also gave me some incentives like a rebate and some free services like oil changes and car washes. Those little extras really meant a lot to me and made me feel like although I had maxed out my budget (didn't go over); it was worth it because of those extras. I really am going to be happy with this car. More

Not only did they beat the price that many other dealerships offered me, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience was a great one. From the second I stepped on the lot, the staff was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Instead of trying to push car options that I did not want, they were very accommodating and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. More importantly they made sure the car buying process was very quick. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle with OC Nissan! More
I purchased my 2011 Murano Convertible here at OC Nissan. 90k later my vehicle is still doing great! But since my convertible is such a rare vehicle I wanted to make sure it was handled by people who deal with these cars everyday. I normally deal with Jon or Denise. They have always been extremely helpful and very kind. I don't feel pressured or taken advantage of here. I am constantly advised of what I need to do now and what can wait. It's nice to know what needs to get done now and what can wait. I want to make sure my beautiful light green convertible stays in top running condition. I have a feeling it's going to be a collectors item one day and want to make sure I can get all the $$$ possible for it! I would highly recommend you guys come here. Pricing is good, haven't had any problems with repairs that have been completed. Kind people. Plus they have free popcorn. More

We spent a week going to every dealership and researching every car just to make sure we were choosing the perfect car for us. Part of this process was negotiating prices on our top choices- some dealerships did not take to this well. They wouldn't talk to us about prices until we were ready to buy that day. But OC Nissan handled everything fantastically and was happy to discuss our budget and give us a price that we would be happy with. We worked with Anthony and Alex to negotiate a price, and they were both so kind and helpful during this process. Alex went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. We were very happy with the final price of the car, and I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much OC Nissan Irvine! More

I was greeted immediently and professionally. I was explained what would be done to my car, how much it would cost, and how long my wait would be. I had an absolutely amazing experience! I just moved to OC and car shopping is always a pain. I've been to several dealerships here and in other states and by far, this dealership has the best staff hands OC and car shopping is always a pain. I got a call from Adrian after I asked for information online about their Nissan Quest. He was helpful in answering my questions and there was no pressure from him. I decided to take a test drive and he was very helpful and he wasn't trying to sell me a more expensive car. The van was listed about $3000 below the price on Nissan's website which was good because I ended up getting the van. The whole process took longer than I would have liked because they tried to low ball me on my trade in. I met Domingo because I wouldn't accept what they want to give me for the trade-in which was about $4000 below the lowest bluebook trade-in value. When they told me to go to carmax to see if they would give me more the car, I told them that I will go to carmax and if carmax can't match my expectation that I would just not go through with the sale. It took him a few minutes to raise the value on my trade which was about $1000 below what I was asking. I was also able to drop my APR down to only 3.99% despite my 805 credit score. They said if they give me a lower APR that they would have to take away the discount which would put the total selling price above MSRP and would cost me more in total. Once everything was settled they sent me to see Nathan the finance guy a.k.a the guy that will sell you extras you may or may not need. Nathan was really friendly which made it hard for me to decline extra stuff (GAP and that sealant protection stuff). Overall I was content with whole experience but I still left feeling like I didn't get the best possible deal they could offer. I feel like I could have worked harder at getting a lower APR and I could have turned down the extras (partially my fault for not trying hard enough). I will still recommend this dealer though because they are less stressful than the other places I've dealt with. More
