I had a great experience purchasing my new electric vehicle. I test drove so many and went to so many dealerships but the Ariya was it for me. Was a customer for 2 years, made an extra payment by mistake on my lease, and Nissan of Irvine decided to keep it despite Nissan Motor Company telling them to refund it. They even spoke to the manager a mistake on my lease, and Nissan of Irvine decided to keep it despite Nissan Motor Company telling them to refund it. They even spoke to the manager at Nissan of Irvine, Joel, and asked him to refund me the money, but Joel keeps coming up with new excuses to pass it off as money I owed. More

Had a fantastic experience getting my new Leaf. I did a reservation for the vehicle I wanted, they gave me all the pricing, locked in my price and gave me an approximate arrival. My Leaf arrived wi I did a reservation for the vehicle I wanted, they gave me all the pricing, locked in my price and gave me an approximate arrival. My Leaf arrived within the window they gave me and when I went in there were zero surprises. They held true to the pricing they promised, no additional mark ups! I was in an out and I am very happy with my new Leaf. Definitely recommend this dealership. More
