Nissan of Irvine made this car like new again. Bought a used Nissan Sentra from a small local dealer. Day later the transmission slipped. The car was still under factory drive train warranty. Excellent experience, they checked it and confirmed a problem with the transmission and replaced it under warranty. No haggling, no sell-ups, no unexpected fees, just quick friendly professional service. I'm really impressed how easy this was to resolve. I owned two Nissan Sentra's back in the 90's, one used and one new, both cars worked great and served me well for years. I've had some Toyotas in the last ten years, and had dissatisfaction with the three vehicles I had over that time and the Toyota dealer experience itself, I'm glad to be back with Nissan, and the Sentra model has always been an exceptional value, better than Camary and Corolla hands-down. I received such wonderful service from everyone, from checking my car in I came into this dealership for 2 reasons. First, I had to service my Nissan. I received such wonderful service from everyone, from checking my car in to paying for my service everyone was so friendly. The oil change was only 29.99, cheaper than Jiffy Lube! I also stopped by this location because I am looking for what my next car will be. I think I found it! I can't remember the names of the people I worked with but they took me on a test drive, ran numbers for me and did not pressure me at all to purchase that day. I will be back next month after my final lease payment to get a new Nissan and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you Nissan of Irvine for being friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! More
