Of course, every dealership is in the business to make money and maximize profit. That said, I felt that Thomas was able to actually work with me toward a mutually agreeable number rather than trying to trick or bully me into his number. I can't say the same for other dealerships, who used shameless bait-and-switch and good-cop-bad-cop tactics on my girlfriend and I. If you do your homework and know what you want to pay, Thomas will respect that and see if he can get there with minimal back and forth. More

After an accident, my husband & I found ourselves unexpectedly needing a new vehicle. It was the busy holiday season and we were not sure where to start. Perry never tried to oversell the vehicle but really listened to our needs and was able to point out that the Altima was well suited for us (although the Altima really wasn't our top choice for new car). After meeting Perry and the test drive, we were basically sold!! Afterward, however, we did visit many other dealers and drove several different cars. Again, Perry was understanding to our need to try other vehicles and nevered "pressured" us into buying. Perry is not your stereotypical "car salesman". His people skills and ability to listen to the customers needs (and then tailor a vehicle to those needs) makes him stand out far above the rest!!! After meeting Perry, the "other" dealers salesmen didn't stand a chance!! They were awkward and not educated about the vehicles or on-going dealer promotions. I would definitely recommend Perry to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!! The dealership was friendly and the financing went very smoothly.
