The best car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed the dealership and let them know what I was looking for. I bought a 2011 Cube a couple of days ago. It was a great car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off t car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off the figures that were mutually agreeable. He was always smiling even though I made him go back and forth at least 5 times for re-negotiation (not to mention that it was already after 9 p.m). I also had a trade-in and he took care of the whole process for me, very professional! It is also noteworthy to mention the other sales person Stig Junaeus was also extremely helpful and patient. Both of them along with the finance director stayed until 11 p.m. with me until I drove off my new Cube! I would definitely recommend OC Nissan Irvine. Don't forget to ask for Perry or Stig. I came into OC Nissan late in the evening and wasn't expecting to leave with a brand new car! I had done my research and was definitely interested in the 2011 2door Altima but didn't think I could poss expecting to leave with a brand new car! My wife and I came to OC Irvine, knowing what model (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. As with a lot of people these days, we were targeting a monthly (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. As with a lot of people these days, we were targeting a monthly payment, as opposed to sales price. By using the dealer calculators online, we had a ballpark of what would work for us. We called mid-morning, spoke with Perry, and told him we would be down early afternoon. Of course, given OC Nissan's inventory, we found what we were looking for!! Then on to the negotiation. Quite frankly, the first deal that was presented to us was off the mark. Perry represented us well, and after a couple/few tries, he presented us with a deal that was literally dollars off of our target! KUDOS!! We made our deal, and sent that puppy to the wash rack!! Perry was honest, kind, and professional. Although he obviously works for the dealer, it felt as though he was our advocate as we went through the negotiating process. Perry took very good care of us, and I would recommend him as well as OC Nissan to anyone looking to purchase - we had a GREAT experience!! Yes, Sales does get all of the KUDOS, as it is in my business. That said, I do feel compelled to mention - the girl who answered the phone was very sweet and courteous. She's the one who hooked us up with Perry!! THANK YOU!!! Majid the Sales Manager ensured that we were taken care of (even though we were, his concern felt nice). Robert the F&I guy was great. We have bought a couple/few cars since my wife and I've been together, and that's the fastest I believe we got out of the F&I guy's office!!! Looking for a new car is one of the most difficult things. My wife and I knew what we wanted, but had a bad experience at this dealer 6 years ago. However, Johni Stoller (internet sales manager) called us in the morning, responding to our email inquiry. Her friendliness, straightforwardness and product knowledge let us know that we were going to be okay at this dealer. The vehicle she mentioned, though not exactly the car we were 'building', WAS in stock, so we were able to get a clear picture of it and test drove it. Our deal was going to involve cash plus a trade-in. The amount allowed for our trade-in was right in the ballpark of the numbers we had previously obtained. After a bit of back-and-forth price negotiation with the sales manager, we agreed on the final cash amount--SOLD!!! Johni spent the entire time with us, going over all details and making sure nothing was overlooked--she made the process as painless and as efficient as possible. Even though we weren't financing, we still met with the finance manager who thoroughly described every document we signed and offered all appropriate extras. Our new Juke was gassed up, washed and delivered to the front door. We are totally delighted with the car. We could have purchased this vehicle at any Nissan dealer, but the outstanding customer service that began even before we walked through the front door went the extra mile is an added 'accessory' that makes us love this car even more! We will recommend OC Nissan Irvine (particularly Johni) to anyone who is car shopping now and in the future. More
