I bought a LEAF through OC Nissan. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive. Before arriving I had called and mentioned my concern about having to wait for F&I. But Perry had all my financial options worked out before I arrived, so it was a quick decision. And when I met with Nathan, all the paperwork was ready for signature. No one wasted my time and I loved that. But I hung around a while anyway ... because of Johni Stoller. She was amazing. She was the one who actually conducted the delivery. It was a classic Nissan LEAF delivery: She did a walkaround inspection of the vehicle, showing me how things worked and where things were located. We sat in the car, and she had me practice using the MAP, MENU, STATUS, and Zero Emission buttons. They're the whole key (and the fun part)of the car. She helped me set all my personal preferences and settings, and connect with CARWINGS, etc. Then we went on a orientation drive. Orientation Drives don't happen very often ... but they should. Johni had me experience a variety of driving situations so I became familiar with the car. This was the smoothest delivery I've ever experienced (and I've experienced several). More

I found my dream Xterra, but it was priced out of my range and I knew it would be impossible. Today I learned that if you just "TRY" the impossible can happen. I drove home in my new pre-owned Xterra tonight. They not only made me a dream deal, but they gave me every penny and I what I needed on my trade in. My advice would be to just "Stop by and Try" OC Nissan Irvine first before purchasing anything. There is nothing to lose by looking and you can only gain driving home in a new vehicle.
