Many times, once a purchase is made, you are out the door and no other investment in customer care is made. While I was standing outside waiting for my car to come from being fueled up and washed, I was approached by other employees congratulating me and discussing with me what should happen throughout the ownership of my new car. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed the dealership and let them know what I was looking for. I bought a 2011 Cube a couple of days ago. It was a great car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off t car buying experience right from the start. Perry was very helpful on the entire negotiation process. He spent a lot of time and effort to work off the figures that were mutually agreeable. He was always smiling even though I made him go back and forth at least 5 times for re-negotiation (not to mention that it was already after 9 p.m). I also had a trade-in and he took care of the whole process for me, very professional! It is also noteworthy to mention the other sales person Stig Junaeus was also extremely helpful and patient. Both of them along with the finance director stayed until 11 p.m. with me until I drove off my new Cube! I would definitely recommend OC Nissan Irvine. Don't forget to ask for Perry or Stig.
