Last month we were looking for a used 2011 Mazda CX-9. We saw a good deal on this dealers web page and headed on down. We were meet in the lot by Israel. He was not pushy and let us take our time. Once inside we talked about price for a few minutes, this is where Perry got involved. This did not take very long as I had a specific number I was willing to pay based on research. These guys are great salesmen. They keep you in a relaxed environment, make it a personal experience and don't use high pressure. My wife and I have done sales for years and this is the way to do it. The buyer leaves thinking "I just got a great deal and these guys were so nice." Don't get me wrong here as I think they were honest and very likable. I would definitely do business with them again. I got a fair deal and they got me out of there fairly quickly. The only thing I did wrong is not notice that there were no floor mats, as it was a used car. When I called they got me their discount price at the local Mazda dealer but I think they should have just paid for them. I'm sure I could have got that done if I noticed during the buying process. I called the OC Nissan Irvine and spoke with their Sales Manager, Perry Koster. I explained to him that I wanted to lease an Altima for my daughter, and how much I was willing to spend. The conversation went well, therfore decided to visit the dealership. I was amazed, I walked into OC Nissan Irvine at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon, and was out the door with in a couple hours. This included trading in my daughters old car. Once we started looking at the cars on the lot, we decided to upgrade to the next model. They found the exact car my daughter wanted, colors and features. What I found so amazing, which is why I decided to share my expeiance on the web, is when we decided to move up to the next model, they made the numbers work within our budget. I went to return some spark plugs for a previous car, and I just got news that the car I drove in was not going to work for me anymore. Not smoggable and had to replace the engine. So new car it is. I drive in thinking, eh I should at least take a look and see if there's anything here for me. I walked all around the lot and the car that I liked was the Nissan Cube. Right as I take a peak into it Israel comes up and introduces himself and he asks me what I need and how he can help. From there I had to easiest buying experience I've ever had. This is my second car from this dealership. I owned the previous car til 308,000 miles. I really love Nissans, great cars. I haven't bought a new car in years and because of that I really was dreading buying another car, although I really needed a newer vehicle. Israel and Perry made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. I wasn't there all day, which I was very happy about, and I now have a beautiful car to replace the one I drove in with. I am so happy and grateful for this experience! Even the Finance dude, Nathen, was professional and not pushy. Very nice and quick! Such a good combination!! I felt very supported as if Angels were walking me in each step of the process to take home a sweet car!!! Love my Nissan Cube!!! More
