We leased 2 vehicles and were very pleased with the process. They worked with us to get the right model cars that we were looking for and got us a good price for our trade-ins. Sam was easy to work with in-terms of what is reasonable and fair price for both buyer and dealer. The atmosphere they created was very friendly and professional. Robert, the finance manager did his job well and make sure that what we have talked was really the deal. We had the confidence that the paper works was done in the right way unlike any dealers the force you to buy extended warranty and the rate you talked about was on the contract. This is the most expensive car we bought but the easiest negotiation in price and interest rate. Johni the assistant was very friendly, accommodating and did make sure that the buyers are comfortable and welcomed. There are a lot of dealers that they judged you by the way you dressed and ethnicity. That is the reason when i bought our ToyotaXB i did pay cash bec. the dealer seems to be rude but there was no choice i did like the car. Above all they are honest and professional. If in the future, I will buy my car I will go back to this dealer again. More
I was rear ended on the 405. My 2000 Maxima, which was in GREAT condition, was totaled. Went to OC Nissan on the Saturday before SuperBowl to look at Pre-Owned vehicles. Found one, but needed the $$ from the GREAT condition, was totaled. Went to OC Nissan on the Saturday before SuperBowl to look at Pre-Owned vehicles. Found one, but needed the $$ from the insurance to put down on the car. A salesman by the name of Israel never "pushed" us to buy right then and there. He was kind and understood my situation. I told him that I would be back. Prayed for a week that it would still be there. Insurance check came in, phone call was made to make sure that the vehicle was still there, but to also make sure that Israel was working. During the "buying" process, Israel helped us EVERY step of the way. He was wonderful! The sales manager, Perry, also did what he could to help us get the best deal. All three gentlemen, Israel, Perry and Robert their Finance guy could not have been any more helpful in answering all of my husband's questions and boy, did he have a lot of questions! At 10:30pm, I left with my 2010 Pre-Owned Nissan Altima and could not have been more happier with the experience at OC Nissan Irvine. More
i HATE the car buying experience but both my purchases from OC Nissan were positive experiences. I first leased an Altima from them in '09 and again just yesterday (Feb 2nd, 2012). Both times I walked out happy with my purchase and the staff were more than great to work with. I want to single out stunning Sydney Woolley (and the rest of the staff), who helped me back in '09 with leasing my first Altima 2.5 S and helped me keep it in top running condition and looking shiny and new up to the day I traded it in for a '12 Altima 2.5 S with the 20th Anniversary package. With my latest lease the entire staff, from the beautiful Marie Goodrow, who first contacted me to say they'd give me a great deal on my trade-in (and they did), to the easy going Sales Manager Perry Koster, who throughout the sale made sure I was made to feel at ease and happy with my purchase, to the most helpful Herbert Gamboa who walked with me through the lot to find the car I wanted and was deferential to my needs, to chatting with the General Manager, Sam Klein, about our experiences with knee surgery while waiting to finish up the paperwork, to master of paperwork, Robert Pinarija, who made the chore of dealing with forms pleasurable. I want to thank the service staff who over the years gave me fast service, found a problem with my battery that I didn't even know I had, and replaced it free, and generally did a terrific job every time. If there were a AAA rating I'd give it to them. More
This is my 3rd Maxima purchased at OC Nissan and just as ther prior 2 purchases, my experience was very good. Their sales staff was very friendly and they never pressured me at all. In December 2011, my mom and I were browsing for a new car. I knew I wanted a crossover and did some research and was very interested in the Rogue. We went to OC Nissan and found the exact car I was looki car. I knew I wanted a crossover and did some research and was very interested in the Rogue. We went to OC Nissan and found the exact car I was looking for: all the premium features, color and price. We couldn't make a decision for over a week, but once we did, Perry was so helpful and bent over backwards to get us what we wanted. I purposely waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure when I reviewed the dealership and its service, it was after all the euphoria of buying a new car wore off. It's been a few weeks now and it runs like a dream. It's a great car and the guys at OC Nissan really worked hard and gave us the best offer they possibly could. The entire experience made us feel appreciated (even though they were swamped the day we came in to buy the Rogue) and up until I drove off, both Herbert and Perry were offering their services for any future needs I might have with my Rogue. I'm so appreciative for everyone's help and I can't help but smile when I'm in my Rogue. All good vibes here!! I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

My wife was looking for a bearlly used, SUV up to $30K. She was a first time buyer, with quite good credit, but not such a long credit history. First 2 or 3 dealerships didn't even want to talk with her. Third offered 20% of interest, with $15K downpayment :( We almost gave up. One day I decided to try one more time, I found OC Nissan Irvine, on the Internet website. They had exacly the same car as we wanted. I called Sam with questions about the car, after a very nice conversation, he sent me the photos along with a brief description. We made an appointment. Today my wife drives the car of her dreams, she got it for a low price, with down payment in her budget, reasonable monthly payments and low interest. For some, definition of happiness is for example "a smell of a new car". In our case the smell of almost new car and satisfaction comming from good buying experience. Thank You OC Nissan !!!
