I purchased a replacement key from another dealership bc the cost was double at this place. After specifically being asked to double check compatibility they cut and said "it doesn't work u have to buy ours the cost was double at this place. I called the other dealership and explained what happened they said they would send the exact key to OC Nissan no questions, no cost. I had to go outside of this dealership to get proper service. It would have been so simple for them to check the sealed package with the part number written on it prior to rendering my part useless and accepting no responsibility. This dealership is after your wallet, be careful. More

I had a great experience with Todd in the service department. My wife set up the appointment and I was greeted by Todd when I pulled up to the service center. He took great care of me and I was in an department. My wife set up the appointment and I was greeted by Todd when I pulled up to the service center. He took great care of me and I was in and out under an hour. He made the whole experience easy and when we need to service our truck in the future, I hope that Todd will be there for us. I usually go to a private mechanic, but I will be contacting Todd next time we need to take care of something. Take Care! More

I came in to get my car refiananced, not to purchased a new car. I bought my car from Irvine Nissan 2 1/2 years ago. Herbert explained to me why I should trade in my 2009 Altima, and purchase a new 2012 Al new car. I bought my car from Irvine Nissan 2 1/2 years ago. Herbert explained to me why I should trade in my 2009 Altima, and purchase a new 2012 Altima. They got me coffee. Herbert was very professional, and answered all of my questions. I did receive a pretty good deal, good interest rate, good money back incentives, and I am very pleased with my new car. Sam also was very professional, and explained everything to me as well.
