I have returned to this location several times because the staff are generally friendly and they offer a free car wash after getting a service, but this time I had an appointment and expected that I could the staff are generally friendly and they offer a free car wash after getting a service, but this time I had an appointment and expected that I could start service near the time I arrived. I was trying to use the Memorial Day discount that they advertised to get an oil change and do regularly scheduled maintenance checks. I had to call three times to set up the appointment correctly because when I received confirmation emails, it listed my previous car and only an oil change and I needed to ensure that they knew the correct vehicle to expect and that I was booked for the correct service. The mechanics were already working on two cars and there were three in line ahead of me when I arrived fifteen minutes early. I was disappointed to hear that my car would be served in the order we arrived regardless of the appointment. They finished my car sooner than expected and I was able to use the discount from Memorial Day, which was great, but they said that my tires were all in good condition and that turned out to be incorrect. I mentioned at checkout that I had issues in the last few days with tire pressure and suspected that I had a nail or a screw in at least once of them, but they said that the tires looked fine when they filled them and that they held air. Two days later, my tire was visibly flat again. I believe that they did their best to be efficient and quick, but I would rather the mechanics took slightly more time to ensure that they were thorough. They did make their car wash more user-friendly this time. More
