I received incorrect information about the electric car range. Wrong information was in fact highlighted as a selling point. The staff was mostly attentive during the sales process, but not after the car was purchased. While everyone was very nice, the service was inconsistent once I bought my vehicle. It took several calls/texts to get a response at times. The incorrect charger was provided and I was bounced around from department to department in search of an answer to my questions. More

I have been very impressed with the level of service that we get from the service department. It is always nice that when I walk in the recognize me and always willing to help. Just wish you had a express lube service for oil changes as my schedule makes it harder to come in and wait for a couple of hours for an oil change. More
