Overall ok but though my opinion is contested, they performed unauthorized work causing stress on my wife. The cost of the work was actually very fair, but we did not want the service performed. In addition there was an error in the parts used, that I caught. When I called them on it the next day, they immediately agreed and then picked up the car at my house and returned it to my house free of charge with the correct parts. So, this particular service could have been better but generally in the past we've found them to be solid with no significant issues. More

Matthew was amazing to work with! I told him the issues I was experiencing and he made sure those were fixed. He surprised us by going above and beyond TWICE! In one case, he found that a previous service (with another staff no longer there) should’ve been covered by the warranty. He got that work refunded! Next, he found an issue with our drive line. This is a $3k+ repair. He got this corrected and ensured the warranty covered it, too! I am so happy he was our person that day. Volvo is so fortunate to have such dedicated and competent staff! More
