I first met Chris Knutson online. I was interested in a particular model, color and interior which was a pretty rare combination— and one was in transit to Niello Acura! Chris gave me regular updates as the vehicle traveled across the country by rail. When it arrived, I went to Niello Acura for a test drive. Chris gave me a thorough rundown of the car, which continued back at the dealership. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable, and even helped me out days after the transaction was done!
