Chris Knutson has enjoyed working for Niello Acura since 2003. He uses the Acura concierge approach to serve his clients for now and all future relations. Clients continue to be completely impressed by how his demonstration drive is more of a real world driving seminar which shows off the features and benefits of the vehicle they are considering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife, raising two nieces, adventuring with their two Parson Russell Terriers, and hiking California trails, peaks and mountains. We had such a great experience purchasing our car from Niello Acura on Friday, September 4th, and a huge part of that was because of our salesman, Nicholas Shaffer. Nicholas was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we understood everything. He was polite, professional, courteous, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but Nicholas made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciated how well he treated us. If you’re looking for a vehicle at Niello Acura, I highly recommend asking for Nicholas Shaffer.
