He answered all of our questions every step of the way. Even went above and beyond to remove a sticker decal from the previous owner before handing over the keys. I would definitely buy a car from Jason again! He, and other employees, apologized multiple times for the second day we went to sign paperwork and somehow we were there for three hours. That wasn't on him at all, they have one financial guy there at the time and we had to wait our turn. Btw, Jonathan is also great and answered all of our questions. Five stars for him as well. Honestly, the two hours of waiting was the only negative. Especially when we were given an appointment time...what was the purpose of the appointment really? It set up an expectation of time being important, but evidently not the case. Other than that, we are very happy with the car. Love it. More

I ended up purchasing a car here, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did bring it down, but it was still higher than the quote & it took unnecessary back and forth. I was also told I could come in to test drive the car, but when I got there, I wasn’t allowed to drive it because it hadn’t passed smog yet. I was told it would be ready the next day, but it actually took about three days. Looking at the Carfax afterward, there were multiple services done. Not just smog, so the timeline and explanation didn’t fully match what I was told. On top of that, one of the finance managers seemed irritated when I was asking questions during the process, which made the experience feel overwhelming. I did get the car in the end and I love it, but the overall experience wasn’t the smoothest. I’d probably go elsewhere next time. More
