It was such a pleasure dealing with everyone at Niello Acura. I really appreciate that Niello is a long standing (over a century!) family-owned business - and family certainly shines through in all they Acura. From my first contacts with salesperson Roy Valdez and sales manager Samlesh Pal, everyone was welcoming, encouraging and dedicated to solving any problems. The entire team, including Angela Ivey and Jonathan Martinez and the rest of the staff, is friendly and patient and highly skilled. Also want to mention Frank, who along with his chase car driver, home delivered my car! And gosh, the team who detailed the car did it exceptionally well! So grateful to one and all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience! More

My experience with Bash was fine however he did not treat my wife with respect. He belittled her and ignored her questions about the car as if her input did not matter. My wife confronted him the first time my wife with respect. He belittled her and ignored her questions about the car as if her input did not matter. My wife confronted him the first time about his behavior towards her hoping he’d be at least cordial but it just became awkward and in the end he congratulated ME on our new car and he specifically thanked her for “moral support” as if that’s all she was there for. This threw us off completely as my wife is who paid the down payment and made the decision to lease this vehicle. My wife isn’t here for moral support she is a key player. It just wasn’t fair that she was very upset leaving the lot when she should have been excited. She also expressed being worried about future actions with Bash and I can discuss these things over the phone. More
