Made appointment on very little notice and service was done well before estimated time. Car returned to me cleaner then when I left it. On Sunday, we noticed that my car was leaking oil all over the garage floor. I brought it back on Monday with no appointment. Henry again help me, got me in with no wait time, fixed the problem and offered to have someone come and degrease my home's garage floor at our convenience. Great customer service from him and the whole team. The hours of the service department have to be complimented, having evening and weekend hours are so nice when you work all day! More

Service with smile I did not have an appointment, needed a response to a warning light for tire pressure without delay. Made some other courtesy checks, advised of brake fluid and quoted price for tires issues and brake fluid, promised to work me into the schedule to get out before dark. Pick up service called before 2 PM! Care finished, I was met by Colleen, with an ever present smile, she informed me that tires needed air only and brake fluid changed, escorted me to check out. She was with me from beginning to end of the service time, smiling and informing all the while! More

Oil requested not put in car I was in for an oil change on Friday, January 8, 2016. I requested that synthetic oil be put in my 2010 Toyota Corolla as I have been doing for the l I was in for an oil change on Friday, January 8, 2016. I requested that synthetic oil be put in my 2010 Toyota Corolla as I have been doing for the last two years. I was informed that conventional oil was put in my car by mistake. Not only that, but conventional oil was put in my car at the previous oil change, and I drove it for 10,000 miles thinking I had synthetic oil. I am very disappointed that this mistake happened twice! I called on Monday, Jan. 11 to speak to the service manager and didn't receive a return call as he couldn't be located when I called. More
