We're a growing family of six that were in search of larger vehicle. I started our search by logging on to newark toyota's website. Right away we located a vehicle that met our needs. After chatting online with Danielle, the next day I went to see the van. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Karin DeBussy. Karin, like Danielle, was extremely helpful. Karin was out in the rain helping us look over our vehicle. Because of the internet chatting and superb customer service, our entire process was only 4 days! I ordered the Toyota through my bank. Karin calls with in 24 hours and says they have the exact Toyota I wanted. No Pressure from her at all. After arguing with my bank I finally get the paper work sent to me two weeks later. I called Karin and she got to work. She found a replacement at a better price. She came down picked me up in Maryland in a very bad thunderstorm and near zero visability, and had everything ready at the dealership. No hassles! No pressure! I was as easy as walking into a Walmart and putting the vehicle in my cart and going to the cash register. From the time I first inquired about leasing options online, I was contacted by Karin within 24 hours. She followed up with me through email and phone repeatedly, but did not badger me like other dealers. When I came in to meet with her, I was greeted as soon as I entered the dealership. Karin was so friendly, down-to-earth, honest, and funny. She got straight to business and told me what deal she could offer me - which was astronomically lower than I was expecting to pay. I had to wait a day to find out if I was approved, and spoke to Eric Mosely over the phone the next day to find out. He shared in my excitement when I found out I got the car. Both Karin and Eric were very patient with me, as I had a million questions. This was my first car and I knew next to nothing about buying a car, leasing, car insurance, etc. They knew this, but did not try to take advantage of me like other dealers had. They simply helped me to understand the whole process. Toyota has bar-none the best customer service, and I think it's safe to say I'll be a Toyota customer for life. This dealership in particular is professional, friendly, and accommodating. Mr. Mosely showed true knowledge of the vehicles and his attention to personal service is the best I've ever seen. He made me feel like I was his only customer. I am down in Atlanta, GA and the dealership is in Newark, DE. Karin was quick to understand this and remained non pushy throughout the transaction. She gave me a fair price and a fair APR and even found me a good deal for shipping the car. All in all the process was very smooth for me and I did not even visit her dealership! The paperwork process which is so often painful, went smooth and took no more than 5 minutes with Brandon. In fact, the finance rate had actually decreased and I was able to save an additional $7/mo which was a fantastic surprise! After my purchase, Don sat with me and programmed the blue tooth to my phone as well as going over several other features of the car with me. I also want to mention that there was a very nice man at the service department where I picked the car up that provided several helpful tips on maintaining the appearance of the leather knowing that I had 2 kids. He also made sure I knew how best to position the car seats safely. My kids love the car. I love the car. This is quite impressive knowing that I am a convertible/sports car enthusiast who was buying a minivan. I would absolutely do business with them again. More
