She came down picked me up in Maryland in a very bad thunderstorm and near zero visability, and had everything ready at the dealership. No hassles! No pressure! Karin was so friendly, down-to-earth, honest, and funny. She got straight to business and told me what deal she could offer me - which was astronomically lower than I was expecting to pay. I had to wait a day to find out if I was approved, and spoke to Eric Mosely over the phone the next day to find out. He shared in my excitement when I found out I got the car. Both Karin and Eric were very patient with me, as I had a million questions. This was my first car and I knew next to nothing about buying a car, leasing, car insurance, etc. They knew this, but did not try to take advantage of me like other dealers had. They simply helped me to understand the whole process. Toyota has bar-none the best customer service, and I think it's safe to say I'll be a Toyota customer for life. After my purchase, Don sat with me and programmed the blue tooth to my phone as well as going over several other features of the car with me. I also want to mention that there was a very nice man at the service department where I picked the car up that provided several helpful tips on maintaining the appearance of the leather knowing that I had 2 kids. He also made sure I knew how best to position the car seats safely. My kids love the car. I love the car. This is quite impressive knowing that I am a convertible/sports car enthusiast who was buying a minivan. I would absolutely do business with them again. More
