Everything went fine until three days after my service, when my truck stopped on me and I needed a tow truck to transport it back to my house. I walked into a busy shop for an oil change and was greeted by a friendly face. I expressed concern about an issue with my vehicle. The representative suspected the problem. Communication was kept during the whole repair and my questions were answered diligently. The issue was resolved avoiding a costlier repair.
