Issa was great from the moment he responded to me online- patient, courteous, and professional. He even answered all my questions and concerns on his days off! Issa kept me updated via email/text during the months long waiting period to get my new hybrid. Because of his helpfulness, I drove four hours one way to get my car from there. The four Lexus dealerships in my area did not compare to what Issa and Motor city Lexus would do for me. Fernando was the one who actually helped me when I purchased the car because it was Issa’s day off. Issa did keep in contact with me during the buying process via text.
