It is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and I love the coffee. The are very knowledgeable.
Friendly. Affection. Explained what need to done. Work done in a timely fashion. I would come back again
Good customer service. They charge for everything. If you need a routine oil change, they do not automatically rotate/balance the tires. That is an add-on. They try to add a multi point inspection, that is also an add-on. I asked for the alignment to be “checked” and the cost $199, which is the same as the alignment. I had one tire slightly out of alignment, I’m not sure it was worth $199. But other than that, I prefer to have my car serviced at the dealer. But the add-ons are a bit over the top.
Dustin took really good care of us.He explained every thing real well. He got us in and out in know time.

As always motor city Lexus is the best dealership in Bakersfield California, service department included.
