Kenny picked up the phone and was straight forward with me at the very beginning. I understood that there is a wait time due to supply chain issues and was already waiting at another dealership for an allocation. He was very clear at setting the expectation for the vehicle and provided me with all the info I needed. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very responsive to all my questions. I placed a deposit with Kenny and by the weekend Kenny had found a car at another dealership matching what I was looking for. I didn't expect to get the car right away and thought I had to wait for an allocation. I was not able to make it into the dealership as I live in the Bay Area so Kenny was able to deliver the car to me and arrange the paperwork to be done by overnight mail. Maricela was great at going over all of the options with me and answered all of my questions with financing. The car was delivered to me this morning by another friendly person from the dealership. I was impressed that Kenny was able to get the car I wanted in 2.5 weeks and treated me like a valued customer. Compared to the other dealership I was working with who treated me like another number and didn't really care about making things happen. When my husband and I went to test drive the cars, not only were we impressed with the sleek, sturdy, beautiful looks of the cars, but the ride was smooth, quiet and comfortable. I was sold on the incredible RX 500h, and I put my deposit down. While I was there, I met Ali Douglas, the general manager, who was incredibly helpful and kind. About a month later, I drove away with a beautiful, ultra white, red interior, lots of power, 2024 500h that drives like a dream. We were treated like family by every person we encountered. Not only was the price competitive, but the service and the car are unmatchable! We are extremely happy and thankful for our new, favorite dealership! More
