The dealership is great. I have no problems with the dealership. My problem is with the service department. When I called for my checkup, I had to do it digitally-no human I have no problems with the dealership. My problem is with the service department. When I called for my checkup, I had to do it digitally-no human voice, no choice of service tech. I got a terrible tech. Even the lady at the desk was awful! The tech did not even come to get me when the service was completed. Guess the walk from his office to the waiting room was too much for him. He called me on my phone-didn’t tell me anything about what had been done to my farm just that I needed new rear shocks. He didn’t walk me out to my car; I didn’t see him again! I am not used to this type of service! Lexus has always been upscale and friendly, It any more! More
