**Rating: ★★☆☆☆** I added myself to the waitlist for my dream car outside of my commuting area with the assurance that it would be delivered and everything would be electronic. After over a month of wai my dream car outside of my commuting area with the assurance that it would be delivered and everything would be electronic. After over a month of waiting (6 mths of searching), I was told I needed to come in person. When I called offering electronic signing and even hiring a notary, I was informed there were other people on the list and if I wasn't interested, they could give the car to someone else. I drove over 200 miles, and instead of acting with urgency, they seemed more focused on getting Instagram pictures than on finalizing my purchase. Communication was poor, and my time was not respected. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because management did reach out afterward. They blamed the issue on the sales associate, but for a luxury brand like this, there should be a much stronger focus on proper training and customer service. It's disappointing to feel like your business isn't valued, especially after such a long wait. More
