Everything about my experience was first rate. My car was in for routine maintenance. Brandon, my service advisor, was awesome! I happen to mention that my headlight lens were discolored and foggy My car was in for routine maintenance. Brandon, my service advisor, was awesome! I had a dead battery and after an unsuccessful jumpstart from roadside assistance, I called Lexus on Monday morning. I am a single widow and Shawn was able to send someone out to replace the battery.
