YOUR PHONE SYSTEM HAS BEEN A MESS FOR SOME TIME NOW. WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR NEW GMC DENALI TRUCK WITH CASH, WE HAD TO GO TO SANTA MONICA TO BUY IT BECAUSE OF THE POOR PHONE SYSTEM. WHEN YOU CALL THE OPERATOR, SHE WANTS TO HANDLE ALL MESSAGES AND CONTACTS. SHE ALWAYS TELLS US SHE'S ON THE ISSUE BUT SHE ALSO FAILS TO GET BACK TO YOU. WE HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO (MANAGER ALI) 4 TIMES NOW AND SHE WON'T LET US GET TO HIM. WHEN WE GO IN YOU ALL ARE VERY NICE BUT WHEN YOU CALL IT A MAJOR MESS! IT TOOK 3 TRIES OR SO TO GET A SERVICE ADVISOR TO HELP US BRING IN OUR 2023 LEXUS RX350. YOU LEAVE MESSAGES AND NO CALLS YOU BACK. ALSO, IT TOOK A FULL YEAR OF COMPLAINING TO GET OUR SECOND KEY FOR OUR NEW LEXUS RX 350. THAT TOOK OVER 5 PHONE CALLS. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WHEN YOU SPEND $75,000 CASH FOR A LEXUS A SECOND KEY WOULD BE A PRIORITY TO YOU. BUT IT WASN'T. AGAIN, WHEN YOU GO IN YOUR TREATED VERY WELL BUT, CALLING YOU GUYS IS RIDICULOUS.
