The loaner vehicle they provide is much appreciated. I took my car in for two problems covered under basic warranty. One issue wasn't resolved after replacing a part under warranty. Could be another bad part elsewhere. I declined further diagnostic testing/searching because I was informed that I would be charged for that service. What I can't wrap my head around is if the car is still under warranty, why can't they help me find and fix the issue without extra charge. Otherwise, work and turnaround rate was acceptable. More
