I came in and met qith Brian Cosby and he worked very hard and patiently with me to get me in the car that was right for me. He was not pushy about other cars at all! And its been almost a year now and I still love my car, and if I need anything at all Brian is still there to help! I must say I couldnt have asked for better customer service then I got there. Even now when I go in for service on my car the guys are great! I have recommended Brian so several friends and will continue to do so. And I will always come back here when time to purchase a new car. Thanks for everything! More
Drove 2 hrs to purchase vehicle that wasn't even on lot. Vehicle was at another lot having power seat motor replaced after we were told the day before and day of that the vehicle was at East Tennessee lot. Vehicle was at another lot having power seat motor replaced after we were told the day before and day of that the vehicle was at East Tennessee Nissan. They didn't even tell us that the vehicle wasn't there until we got there and the vehicle wasn't even able to be test drove. We had spoken with the Internet salesman all week (David Harris) that understood how far we were coming to purchase this vehicle. After going to East Tennessee Nissan the sales rep ( ransom Griffey ) informed us vehicle had been taken to neighboring chevy dealer for the repair. After going to the chevy dealer he informed us the vehicle couldn't even be test drove and it wouldn't be repaired till next day. After speaking with mechanic supervisor at chevy dealer he informed us that he had the vehicle since December 11, 2013 and that East Tennessee Nissan had just given him the go ahead the day before to fix it. So knowing the whole time that the vehicle wasn't on the lot we completely wasted our time. Either there was a huge miscommunication or someone lied. Which ever it may be I WILL NOT go back . Buyers beware! More

They were a pleasure to work with except when it came to fixing our car. If they had told us that it would take a couple of days to fix, we would have been ok. Yet we were told every day that it would be th fixing our car. If they had told us that it would take a couple of days to fix, we would have been ok. Yet we were told every day that it would be the next. They fixed the brake issue that the previous owner had patched to get it sold. They worked with us on the price and sent our son with leukemia a card. More
Today was my third visit with East Tennessee Nissan regarding an issue with the paint chipping off of my 2013 Altima. Since purchasing the vehicle, rusty spots have started to form in the paint. The fi regarding an issue with the paint chipping off of my 2013 Altima. Since purchasing the vehicle, rusty spots have started to form in the paint. The first visit, I was told by the dealership that tree sap was causing the problem. The second visit, I was told bird poop was causing the problem. Today, I was told acid rain was causing the problem. Upon arrival, I was informed by a salesman of the numerous Altimas that have came in with a similar problem, but had been declined repair by Nissan. He then directed me to the service manager, Rufus Shephard, who showed me pictures of Altimas with the same paint problem, but was told there was nothing he could do to correct the problem. I was given a 1-800 number to call and no further assistance was offered. Would not recommend a Nissan to any consumer looking to purchase a high-quality car. There is a paint defect that they won't repair. More

Ted treated my husband and myself with a high respect and courtesy. We walked out today with a new vehicle and a smile. It was very nice not to spend all day in a dealership. The sales consultant we originally worked with, Chad, was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful individual that I believe to be an asset to the company. My wife and I were considering a Nis a very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful individual that I believe to be an asset to the company. My wife and I were considering a Nissan Rogue for our lease in the near future, but were planning to explore other possibilities as well. Chad did an amazing job showing us all the features of the car and did an overall wonderful job. He took our information to his sales manager so that we could get an idea of payments. The sales manager (who was also seen riding on the outside of a moving vehicle - professional much?) was at a meeting which kept us waiting for quite some time, and when the sales manager came out, he talked to us for a few minutes to try to pressure us into going ahead with the deal that day, and then completely blew us off when he found out we were going to be continuing to shop. We left with absolutely no idea about payments. When doing research online, the lease options were completely horrible leading to very expensive payments. We still wanted to consider it (I've known plenty of dealerships that know other tricks to make the price better), and it was one of the vehicles that we liked. I called, and since Chad was with a customer at the time, I talked to someone else in sales - wish I could remember the name - and asked if we could potentially get one overnight to consider it further. We were told that the dealership wouldn't do that, and when stated that it would conclude our business if that wasn't an option, the salesman hung up on me. Clearly they don't want our business, so while I'd love to buy from Chad, I do NOT want to buy from the dealership. More
