I would leave zero, if it were possible. I'll start with them calling me every few weeks wanting to buy my low mileage 2019 Rouge back. The last time someone called about 2 weeks ago, I wa I'll start with them calling me every few weeks wanting to buy my low mileage 2019 Rouge back. The last time someone called about 2 weeks ago, I was asked if I had an extended warranty and reminded me that things start to "HAPPEN" to the transmission once a car reaches 60,000 miles. That was a red flag and I canceled my service appointment. Always trust your instincts! Today, my son in law started to change my oil and found my transmission fluid dipstick is missing. Until today, no one has ever done any service to my vehicle except Morristown Nissan. I AM FURIOUS! ALL THE DIRT AND GRIME FROM DRIVING IS GOING INTO MY TRANSMISSION FLUID! This has had to happen at the last oil change 5000 mile ago. I'm SURE this was a setup!! I will never step foot on that lot again! Rant over! More

I love my 2021 Kicks. It rides great and I have all sorts of good compliments about our car. We traded our other car on 5/11/2023. I love my Nissan Maxima that I bought at East Tennessee Nissan. The car is clean, inside and out, and very well maintained. My salesperson Ophelia Salvador was really nice. I have used the Service Department at E Tennessee Nissan in Morristown for years for the service on my vehicles. I cannot say enough about Melissa and the Customer Service Representatives in the Service De in Morristown for years for the service on my vehicles. I cannot say enough about Melissa and the Customer Service Representatives in the Service Department, they have always been helpful, kind, informative, and understanding. With the phones ringing continuously they do their very best to get their customers in and out and quickly as possible, making sure that their vehicles have been properly serviced and the customers understand what has been done and what their vehicle may need in the future. Thank you for always making sure my vehicle is save to get me from here to there, and doing your best to not charge anymore than you have to. More

I have a 2008 Nissan Maxima it is the worst car I have ever bought. I still got it I will keep it and just keep having it worked on fixing your car is better than buying a new car. My maxima is a junker but it's better to fix it than buying another car. East TN Nissan service center is out ragious on service I have to go to a regular mechanics to get my car worked on.
