We just picked up our 2026 NX 450 H+ Lexus. This is our first Lexus. Normally, our past vehicles were Jeep, Audi, and BMW. The first Lexus Dealership that we visited treated us politely but in This is our first Lexus. Normally, our past vehicles were Jeep, Audi, and BMW. The first Lexus Dealership that we visited treated us politely but in an aloof non personalized fashion. When we visited Lexus of Cleveland, we were met by David Kantor near the end of a work day. We mentioned that we were just looking and he took the time to address all of our questions regarding the type of car that we were interested in. Because of his time, effort, expertise spent with us we were able to find the type of vehicle that we wanted. The car was in the process of being manufactured. Although it took ~2 months for arrival, David gave us several heads-up about progress. He also took the time to call us or have a colleague contact us if we requested information and was out for the day. When we picked up the car, all of the paperwork was efficiently done. The presentation of the car to us by the staff was a nice gesture and demonstrated the teamwork and collegiality that we observed by all of the staff during our visits. We have purchased over 20 cars in our 50+ years of marriage and before. I can truthfully admit that the experience that we had and know that we will continue to have is exceptional. Called Jeff in the am with a brake-suspension issue in the left front. Jeff, like a medic diagnosing a patient to treat, believed he knew what the problem was. Jeff looked at the days schedule and found a the left front. Jeff, like a medic diagnosing a patient to treat, believed he knew what the problem was. Jeff looked at the days schedule and found an open slot that afternoon and asked if I could get there at that time. Upon arrival, I was greeted personally by Jeff and he immediately got me checked in and on to a mechanic. The mechanic located the issue and it was exactly what Jeff surmised. The mechanic (who was also great) made a video of the discovery and solution, which was sent to me on my phone for perusal. Time in to time out was less than 90 minutes! Terry, Tom, Dan, Michael and Jesse all took the time to chat and discuss items of mutual concern and interest. The people at this dealership as well as the vehicles are the reason I am a long time client! More
