Great experience at Lexus of Cleveland with Terry Ramey! We were VERY particular about the car we wanted and she worked with us to get one that matched exactly. Tysean Yorke did a great job explaining the technology to us and this was a much appreciated and unexpected bonus! To top it all off, there was a large wind storm with lots of falling trees and downed power lines and Terry went above and beyond to keep our new car inside over night as we had come from out of state and did not have a garage space to keep it. Highly recommend! More
