I was under a lot of pressure to replace my car to get back to work and my daily living. I remembered Terry from my first car purchase. I called her, told her what had happened, what I was looking for and she went from there. She listened to what I wanted in a car. She understood how important safety was to me and was there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was first class all the way. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else for my next car. Terry and the the metro Lexus family had me back on the road in no time. Terry even made it extra special for me with a big car reveal. I am forever grateful for the experience and I highly recommend terry to my friends and family. She is truly the best sale person I have encountered in all my car buying experience. More
