I was recommended to MB of Silver Spring after a bad experience at another MB dealer. After two years, I couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Service has been quick, with no hassle. The car service at this location is HORRIBLE! The advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together.
