I took my car this week for its first scheduled maintenance service. Andy in the Service Department was very efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for my appointment and answering the man maintenance service. He also told me how long the service would take and my car was returned to me exactly when he said it would be! I needed to have the Navigation System re-explained to me as I hadn't driven my car for quite some time. Robert Lisi provided me, once again, with the information I was seeking! Robert is amazing! I had a question about the cd played in my GLC, which I purchased in January — and he responded within 15 minutes of my email, with a detailed response including pictures of what I shoul in my GLC, which I purchased in January — and he responded within 15 minutes of my email, with a detailed response including pictures of what I should see when using the player.
