Everyone is generally pleasant and accommodating. I’ve been a customer since 2013. I did have an issue during this recent service visit. Trim was damaged on the rear left bumper while in the MB deal I’ve been a customer since 2013. I did have an issue during this recent service visit. Trim was damaged on the rear left bumper while in the MB dealer car wash. I called Linda Teague, my service advisor and reported it after having the damage accessed at the MB dealer ‘s recommended body shop. She ordered a new part. I’m currently awaiting the part to come in so it can be replaced. More

The dealer floor is amazing with many different models to view. You are greeted as soon as you walk in by a very nice person sitting near the front door. We first browsed but then after we found a car we were interested in asked for assistance. The salesmen Dale Cook was super knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly was not pushy at all. He made the process super easy. It is a little more intimidating when buying a new car and especially one as nice as a Mercedes. Dale made that process super easy. I will definitely be looking to buy more in the future. I will definitely be buying from Dale Cook at Mercedes of Princeton. More
