Brushed me off.. I stopped in one afternoon to drive a GLC. I had been trying out all the compact luxury SUVs....Lexus NX, Audi Q5, BMW X3, Acura RDX, Volvo XC60, etc I stopped in one afternoon to drive a GLC. I had been trying out all the compact luxury SUVs....Lexus NX, Audi Q5, BMW X3, Acura RDX, Volvo XC60, etc. Granted, I didn't have an appointment but it was a Tuesday afternoon and they didn't seem busy. Several people were standing around or walking through the showroom but no one greeted me or approached me until Tonarius saw me. I told him I wanted to take a look at & drive a GLC, and he promptly got a key for us. He was friendly & polite enough, but the whole time I felt like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. Constantly on his phone during my test drive, and kind of rushed me out of the showroom after taking down my info. If he had an appointment he was trying to get back for, I wish he would have said so. I"m in sales myself, so I understand that if you have an appointment, you give that person priority over someone who just drops in. But he never said that was the case. so I don't know if that was it or if he just didn't take me as a serious buyer. I was a serious buyer. I bought a BMW X3 today. Don't judge a book by its cover.....or by the kind of car they drive onto your lot. More

For someone with a busy schedule, the ability to work with internet department made the process easy. Once I arrived, they quickly appraised my trade in and got me on my way. It is almost a two hour drive to get to this dealership and I have two Mercedes dealers in my town. However, I will be coming back here when it is time for a new vehicle.
