I purchased this vehicle over the phone via the internet. David went out of his way to explain the vehicle in detail to both my wife and I. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with us. I live David went out of his way to explain the vehicle in detail to both my wife and I. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with us. I live in TN and the dealership is in Alabama and my concern was getting the time to get to the dealership to do the paperwork and get delivery of the vehicle. Well, to my surprise, David said he would deliver the car to my home and do the paperwork and take my trade-in back with him. It doesn't end there... David went over the car with me and explained this function and that function answered all our questions and made sure we took a test ride with him to make sure we understood the driving aspects of the car. Anything less than Great would be a huge injustice to both David and the Dealership. More

I am still waiting on paperwork on the "certification" of my car. Also, the key battery warning came on while I was driving home from dealer with the car. I feel those batteries should hav "certification" of my car. Also, the key battery warning came on while I was driving home from dealer with the car. I feel those batteries should have been checked during the certification process,as there was plenty of time since the car was there about 5 days after purchasing due to the certification process. I do feel the gentleman in the financial office did a very good job, and also Dan Dailey has been great to work with. More

I received an advertisement from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville for "Pre-owned Prepaid Maintenance". I called the number given - the operator stated Josh Pollard handled this, he was in a meeting and s Huntsville for "Pre-owned Prepaid Maintenance". I called the number given - the operator stated Josh Pollard handled this, he was in a meeting and she would leave a message for him to call me. Four hours later, since he had not returned my call a called again. I was connected to "Maintenance Service". I was told someone would call me "right away". No one called. I call once again. After nine hours I do believe your dealership is NOT interested in my business. I never had a problem getting return calls when buying a car from you. In 1988 I bought my first Mercedes form the Huntsville dealership. Over the years I purchased 4 more Mercedes. I have a 2007 S550. I do not think I can trade with a dealership who will not return phone calls and Franklin, Tn. is a long way to go for service. At least they will return calls. James Sanford More

I was told by Mercedes Benz of Huntsville that my 1999 SLK 230 w/70,000 miles on it (that has always been garaged, btw) needed $4000 worth of work. Before I took it to get that much work done, I decided that I needed a second opinion. David Ashley Garage provided it and told me that he had just inspected my car and it was basically BRAND NEW. I will never go to the Huntsville Mercedez Benz dealer (or NIssan, they are the same people) again. I also CERTAINLY won't buy any vehicles from them EVER because they are NOT HONEST. More
