Great Experience My wife was in the market for vehicle and wasn't sure of where she wanted to start. We decided to go by the Mercedes dealership as we were referred to Tonarius by a co-worker. He took the time to thoroughly listened to what my wife was looking for and didn't want in a vehicle. After making the assessment, he presented us a concise selection of vehicles along with possible trim selections that she was interested in. I was impressed by his knowledge of each vehicle and giving good examples of practicality which definitely helped with the decision making. Not all sales guys are out to just make a sale and look for the next customer, Tonarius is definitely not one of those salesman. Instead of selling a vehicle, he sold an experience! We will definitely continue to do business with him and his team. More

Couldn't Keep It to Myself I had to take the time to share a recent experience of mine. My wife and I were out, recently, looking at vehicles. We are looking to start a family, I had to take the time to share a recent experience of mine. My wife and I were out, recently, looking at vehicles. We are looking to start a family, soon, and I want to make sure that she is in extremely reliable transportation. I'm sure other husbands can feel where I'm coming from. Anyway, we stopped by the dealership, and Tonarius was the gentleman that we were blessed to have help us. At first, I thought, "Uh oh. Here's another guy that's going to try and sell me what I don't need." Boy, was I wrong! He was patient, polite and very poised--not to mention, he was knowledgeable in a way that you rarely see, these days. I told him of my concerns, and he was able to ease my mind by responding with concrete information about what made the vehicles that he showed us so reliable and safe. We weren't able to come to a decision, that day. Both, my wife and I felt terrible, because we felt as though we had wasted his time by being indecisive. We kept apologizing, but he told us that he was there to serve us and that buying a car shouldn't be taken lightly. When we have decided, you bet I'll be going back to see him!!! I know that if he had given us crappy service, I wouldn't have kept it a secret, so since he was the bomb, I just couldn't keep it to myself! Sincerely, Will More

My First Benz, NOT My Last!! This was by far the BEST experience in purchasing a vehicle I have EVER had!! I only dealt with two, Mr Golden my salesman and the Financial person. This was by far the BEST experience in purchasing a vehicle I have EVER had!! I only dealt with two, Mr Golden my salesman and the Financial person. It took only 1 hour and 45 minutes to have keys in hand and papers signed. Honestly, I wasn't going to purchase that day, but WOW!! Im Looking forward to my next purchase in a few years as we will have another driver. More
