You can expect a very different experience than that of the DC Metro dealers where they focus on volume of sales and want you in and out fast. These guys are customer first and family friendly, they have a kids playroom, attentive staff, and loads of patience. At one point my son who's about 18 months was crying, Tony walked by and started a quick game of peekaboo as a welcome distraction that ended in smiles. Barry was very helpful allowing us to explore several vehicles and waking through the features and tradeoffs of each. With our growing family I had a punch list of needs and with that we were able to land on a vehicle that will be a valued resource for years to come. The negotiation process was friendly and fair and with Austins help the paperwork was a smooth process and didn't suck hours from my day. Overall very happy with the purchase and the service. Will do business here again. More
