Garbage customer service! Garbage, and also very unsafe. Bought a truck and 7 days later, it broke. Day 15 at the dealership the service advisor lied about the truck having a full diagnosis after we exp Bought a truck and 7 days later, it broke. Day 15 at the dealership the service advisor lied about the truck having a full diagnosis after we expressed safety concerns. She also lied to the GM rep on our before saying again the truck has had a full diagnosis. All lies! They only replaced what they wanted. Then before my husband took the truck back he drove it 2 mules down the road and the check engine light came on. Service manger cleared the code after saying he couldn't find anything wrong and it should be fine. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. Hey GM, mcloughlin Chevrolet is selling trucks that go bad, and are under warranty and they don't give a rip. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Micah was great to work with and answered all my questions online before I came into the dealership. Purchased a 2022 Silverado 1500 LTD that was still in transit to the dealership but Micah set up questions online before I came into the dealership. Purchased a 2022 Silverado 1500 LTD that was still in transit to the dealership but Micah set up a similar equipped truck for me to check out along with a second truck with the same engine that I could take for a test drive.
