Kelsea Crownover Service Advisor She was beyond great. She kept me in the loop with issues with my car. She was polite and professional. Told me where I could save $$. She deserves a raise in pay a great. She kept me in the loop with issues with my car. She was polite and professional. Told me where I could save $$. She deserves a raise in pay and a bonus. However the negative was the $215/hour labor cost (about that). That is a lot just to keep that fancy showroom and building. If you have work done there I recommend Kelsea and Ricardo (tech) More

I had a factory issue with my sunroof leaking which led to very extensive damages and repair efforts. Even though my Equinox was out of warranty Kelsea and the McLoughlin Chevy team worked with GM to rep to very extensive damages and repair efforts.
