I came in with a check engine light that I had diagnoist at Zuto Zone with a print out of the code report. After charging me over $2,000 chasing this issue and releasing my vehicle, the check engine light comes back on after 10 miles of driving. Back in the shop, they know think it is a dirty oild filter. Why shouldn't I feel that I have been ripped-off. As a new customer, there is know way I would come back to this dealership. Numerous times during the last 24 hours I have called the service department to check in and no one picks up of returns my calls until hours later (@ 6:00 pm to let me know they are still trying to figure it out and will call me in the (next day) morning. I will copy this text and think about sending it to my attorney. More
