I purchased the exact truck that I had been looking for for months. When we went through the finance process, I was presented with what I thought were two payment options with and without the Gap insurance for months. When we went through the finance process, I was presented with what I thought were two payment options with and without the Gap insurance. I chose to decline, but it was still added and needed to be cancelled. Because of this, I ended up with the higher payment and there was nothing I could do about it. When I called Dave told me he didn't know that would happen. I'm still waiting for the refund to be sent to the bank and applied to the loan. After the purchase Fred contaced me about a part that needed to be replaced and was very helpful in coordinating with a local to me dealer to get it installed at no cost to me. I appreciated his help facilitating this! While at my local dealer, i asked them to look at the driver mirror that was having trouble folding in and do a regular inspection. I was then informed that the mirror needs to be replaced and that the transmission filter replacement/flush and 4x4 service needs to be done as it appeared it had not been done at the perscribed time and was well over due. I had assumed that a selling dealership would do this type of maintenance before selling a vehicle. When i called to ask. I was told that they only do oil changes and major repairs. More
