Marcus Lozano has been our local car rep for the last 6 years. We have gone to him for our last 4 cars and each time he has been great. No issues and no complaints. Fantastic service. They are a dealer but always pushing services that aren't always immediately needed. They tried to sell me two tires when I had a nail issue in one of my tires. I went elsewhere and As it turned out aren't always immediately needed. They tried to sell me two tires when I had a nail issue in one of my tires. The service department is a mess. I took my car in for service and it took them 3 days to replace a power steering pump. On the third day they told me that my car was ready. Terrible experience. There is an embedded culture of poor customer service and people just don't care. I had an indifferent sales person that NEVER followed up with me. When I bought my used car and came to pick it up there was bird crap in several places, so they clearly didn't "detail" the car. They brought the car back in the clean it off and they removed one of the spots of bird crap. Cleary no pride in their work. The rear wiper blade was missing. I had to point that out for a second time. They never replaced the front turn signal light bulb either. These are minor issues but show that the culture is very poor. It turns out I probably bought a lemon. The car dies within 6 weeks. We brought it in and was told there was almost no oil in the car. Did they never change the oil?? I do not know, but I think the car is burning oil. Every person I dealt with in service tried to pass the buck or wouldn't return calls. I don't see the names of the employees below except my sales person otherwise I would rate them too. The car is a Hyundai so I just decided to take it to the Hyundai dealer next door and that experience was just as bad. McGrath - you need to change the culture at your city locations. No one cares and no one wants to help. More
