Alfonso has been my service advisor for my current and previous 2-4 Hondas. As a low mileage driver he sees that my car is in perfect order at all times. He also answers all my “how to” questions that I c previous 2-4 Hondas. As a low mileage driver he sees that my car is in perfect order at all times. Well Alfonso was fine but when I came to pick up my car in the evening he was gone and no one explained what was done. Plus I found a brand new gasket in my car which I did not know what to do with. I thought it would be put in my car. Plus I'm disappointed that Ubers are no longer offered. It looks like I don't get a discount that would've been equivalent to to my Ubers. More

Rodriguez was perfect. Fast, respectful, clear. The Pilot was a new used car for me and it became clear that the car had not been well maintained in the past. Rodriguez was Fast, respectful, clear. The Pilot was a new used car for me and it became clear that the car had not been well maintained in the past. Rodriguez was helpful in pointing out all the areas that needed attention. Although it was an expensive day for me I left feeling good about how Honda handled my car and left me with peace of mind. And to think I drove in because my AppleCarPlay wasn’t working. In the last minute Rodriguez was able to solve that problem for me with a proper cord connection - something that two other Honda dealerships couldn’t seem to solve. Thank you! More
