Alfonso is the best Customer Service rep I’ve ever met in any business. His communication skills are outstanding. He gets back to you immediately with clarification on any question you might have. He comes a any business. His communication skills are outstanding. He gets back to you immediately with clarification on any question you might have. He comes across as fair and honest. He treats his staff with dignity and respect and they seem to really love him! He teaches and guides and mentors as he goes – I saw multiple instances of that with employees surrounding him. He’s able to keep things rolling smoothly in a very busy work environment. Beyond that, he has a very pleasant personality, nice sense of humor, and he’s always smiling and never seems stressed. I have visited other Honda dealerships closer to my home,to get service work completed and did not have a good experience. But, I’ll return to Alfonso and McGrath Honda any day with my future car needs. In fact, when I need to purchase my next Honda, I will check out McGrath. More
